I hear from many people, I can't do this; I can't do that. Sometimes, it's "I can't even draw stick figures"; sometimes, it's "I can't do math to save my life"; Nieh, nieh, nieh.
Have you tried?
I admit I do this sometimes too, like "I can't live a day without having at least some meat." When what I really mean is, I don't want to live a day without having at least some meat. I know I can better myself at drawing, literature, sports, and a variety of other activities if I put my mind to it. I might not get to be the best, but I'm sure I can be pretty damn competent. But some people actually do believe they can't do certain things. There are people out there who believe they cannot drive. I've seen a documentary on the Discovery channel about a one armed man. His right arm was completely crushed, and his left arm, pretty much severed, in an accident. The doctor decided to attach his left arm to his right shoulder. The man recovered and drove around town with his left arm on the right! If he can drive, you can drive.
Now obviously, some people have certain physical or mental shortcomings that hinder them from excelling at certain tasks. But I've seen a woman with no arms or legs strap herself to anoter person, with her teeth, to go skydiving. So please reconsider your stupid comments about how you can't do this or that, and give it a try. And if you don't enjoy it, then express that instead of blabbing about how you weren't born a certain way.

Are the people who think they can't drive of Asian descent, by chance? Just curious.
