I'm not sure if I've expressed this, but I really don't like my neighbors (another story, not because this laundry thing). They do their laundry all the time, and I mean all the time. Their washer and dryer are outside and located directly under their window, which pretty much means directly under our windows as well. During the weekend, they like to do laundry really early in the morning, and during the week, they like to do laundry from about 8pm to around midnight. Sometimes, I feel like they do laundry all night long (I'm not trying to imply sex here, ewww, gross).
What do they have to wash all the time? they are a married couple and have 1 child. Do kids really ruin all their clothes and everything else that's made of washable material everyday?
All the time, I hear:

"Clunk, clunk, clunk" (trollish footsteps)
"Thud" (throwing the basket on the washer/dryer)
"Clank" (opening washer lid)
"Shuffle, shuffle, shuffle"
...
"Shuffle, shuffle" (putting clothes/sheets/linens in)
"Shra, shra, shra" (pouring detergent)
"Clank" (closing washer lid)
"Tick-tick-tick-tick-tick" (winding the timer dial)
"Clunk, clunk, clunk" (trollish footsteps)
"Huala, huala, huala" (water running for 2 minutes)
"Glong, glong, glong" (washer churning the clothes for half 25 minutes)
"Shuuuuuuuuush" (water draining out)
"tsoo, tsoo, tsoo" (speed drying for 5 minutes)
Repeat in similar fashion for the dryer.
OH MY GOD! STOP IT WITH THE CONSTANT WASHING. WHAT IS WITH THE CONSTANT WASHING?!
Oh! maybe that's her job? maybe she's washing people's clothes and sheets for extra income. Or maybe they are just extra, extra dirty people. Yuck! I really don't like them.

Clearly they are "extra extra dirty people". Their washer and dryer are OUTDOORS for chrissakes. And not out in the clean air of the countryside, mind you. (p.s. can you figure out who this is?)
Shra, shra, shra...
I love the onomatopoeia. That's exactly what pouring detergent sounds like!
downwrong: why, it's Jason of course! :)
craig: Thanks! I try.
